This was the first time bought a car on my own, so I was a little nervous. I worked with Ahmed Jabrane, and he spent hours with me going through every detail to make sure I understood everything. I've been waiting for the credit approval however I haven't got any call during the day. I get at least 3 calls when I don't buy a car however I decided to buy, left deposit, apply for the credit, br haven't got any call during the day. I get at least 3 calls when I don't buy a car however I decided to buy, left deposit, apply for the credit, brought lots of stupid document that I've been asked. Finance department should have called me at the end of day, explain what was going on about credit, unfortunately they were irresponsible! Worse my credit score went 10 points down. Probably I will escalate situation to essential departments. More
