Purchased a used 2008 528xi picked it up Saturday, realized it had pin head spots of road paint on the passenger side. They were difficult to see unless it was in the direct sunlight. Once the car came he spent all the time I needed to go through all the gadgets and to make sure I would enjoy my new car. A few days after I received the car, he followed up with me to make sure everything was good, he genuinely cared that I was enjoying my new BMW. Even after that he helped me through an issue of my own making and he was beyond helpful and very patient.
