I probably spoke couple of sentences with a few yeses and that was it; no tension, no frustration, no broken promises - with Kevin in charge, it feels like Fred and Ginger dancing effortlessly. Bugbee makes the difference I came back to BMW after having leased 2 Mercedes. I specifically came back to see Kevin at Chambers, because although I hadn't dealt with him in my I came back to BMW after having leased 2 Mercedes. I specifically came back to see Kevin at Chambers, because although I hadn't dealt with him in my prior 5 series lease, he was friendly and cordial on my lease termination and was a real professional. That was 6 years ago and I remembered that experience and came back looking for him, and glad I did. Kevin went beyond the call of duty, knowing that I was busy and didn't have a lot of time for salesmanship, getting me the car that I knew I wanted, maybe more than I wanted to spend, but nevertheless am glad that I did it. Always accessible, I asked Kevin for a favor 4 months after getting my car and he helped me out within minutes.
