Bugbee makes the difference I came back to BMW after having leased 2 Mercedes. That was 6 years ago and I remembered that experience and came back looking for him, and glad I did. Kevin went beyond the call of duty, knowing that I was busy and didn't have a lot of time for salesmanship, getting me the car that I knew I wanted, maybe more than I wanted to spend, but nevertheless am glad that I did it. Always accessible, I asked Kevin for a favor 4 months after getting my car and he helped me out within minutes. You can get the same car somewhere else, but it's the people who make the difference, and Kevin is the difference. More

Kevin Bugbee took the time to sit and clearly explain all the pros vs cons of the different makes and models of BMW SUVs and 5series as well as clear and honest pricing on the options and overall lease/purchase cost differences. Kevin went out of his way to make sure the process was as seamless and efficient as possible, which I can certainly appreciate. As a small business owner myself I understand, and certainly respect, professional customer service from a knowledgeable sales team.
