This was the first time bought a car on my own, so I was a little nervous. I worked with Ahmed Jabrane, and he spent hours with me going through every detail to make sure I understood everything. I've been waiting for the credit approval however I haven't got any call during the day. I get at least 3 calls when I don't buy a car however I decided to buy, left deposit, apply for the credit, br haven't got any call during the day. Finance department should have called me at the end of day, explain what was going on about credit, unfortunately they were irresponsible! Worse my credit score went 10 points down. Probably I will escalate situation to essential departments. More

We accepted, and she set up an appointment with Hadi Eslami. It's been a remarkably excellent experience from then on. He's answered all of our questions expertly, and been very friendly and personable. He helped set up appointments at other dealerships that we were comparing BMW with; took us on multiple test drives; and made sure we knew all the working details of the car we were interested in. After not wanting to return to this dealership, we are now purchasing a car from them! Hadi's been very careful to make sure we got the exact car that we wanted, and he's been good about communicating throughout the process so far. Melissa also followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied. If we'd only worked with Hadi first, this review would be all 5s.
