I have leased 2 cars through Kevin, purchased 1 car through Kevin and recently purchased my most recent leased car through Kevin. Getting one was a little tricky but Kevin was on top of it all the way, I have known Kevin for several years. He is quite a character. He has become a good friend while remaining the consummate professional. Kevin's involvement doesn't end with handing over the car keys. He is always available to deal with any issues that might arise. He is very "approachable" and I would feel comfortable discussing with him all matters, however good or bad. Moreover, it has become clear to me over the years that Kevin knows how to leverage for my benefit the extensive Herb Chambers sales and service organization to meet all my needs. Customer satisfaction is clearly uppermost in his mind; he obviously understands that the process of buying a car is a key part of the overall experience of owning the car. He is well informed on both technical and administrative matters, and exceedingly patient with explaining model options, never making the customer feel rushed or pressed into adding unwanted features or taking snap decisions. He takes seriously what is often just empty business jargon about "building relationships" through sales; I've always felt that I could contact him at any point after the sale to consult on any matter pertaining to the vehicle. He often takes care of small matters himself, rather than passing you off to someone new. Other interactions at the dealership have been highly positive. The service department has been great, always providing the maximal service allowed under the warranty, rather than stinting on "borderline" repair situations. They've been respectful of me and my time, and always performed solid service within the estimated window. And it's a nice perk that the cars come back beautifully cleaned. More
