My BMW X5 was in for routine service today which was easily handled by Bill and the Sudbury Team. I had a discussion with Bill (Service) and John (Parts) about an issue related to a poorly fitting Cargo easily handled by Bill and the Sudbury Team. I had a discussion with Bill (Service) and John (Parts) about an issue related to a poorly fitting Cargo mat that has started to curl up and is beginning to catch in the Tailgate. Both men listened to my concerns. I had a receipt for the mat and John is able to correct the issue. Thank you !! More

Was up from the NYC area and got a flat tire … needed to get back on the road home asap. Tim was my service adviser and located the tire (not an everyday run flat size), had it brought to the dealership and get back on the road home asap.
