Just want wanted to say this word of appreciation for my service advisor Robert Cohoon at BMW. Robert Cohoon does a phenomenal job at BMW of Sudbury, MA. To say that Robert exceeds the expectations of employees at BMW would be an understatement and his attitude is that everyone, pulling together, can make the company a better place to work and to build great products and provide excellent service for the BMW customers. I believe is he the key to the success of the service department at BMW and plays a vital role in customer retention. Robert always goes the extra distance and makes the special effort to address customer issues and concerns and is a beacon of BMW’s commitment to its customers. Robert never lets the “not me” syndrome get in the way of excellent service. Regardless of the situation, he takes absolute accountability and follows through until the issue is resolved. Robert is the epitome of great attitude and inspires everyone around him with his dedication and candor. He is always looking to provide a solution and excellent service without any expectations and this is exactly what makes me any many others to appreciate the service at BMW of Sudbury.

To General Manager of Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury, Pranav Gill, Hugo Barraza explained to me about the Ultimate Protection Plan, so that I could get my four wheels repaired under the program this insurance offers. I was not aware of that, and I'm very happy that I had signed up for the program with me so papers for the lease of my BMW 330 iX. I thank Hugo very much for his kindness as he helped me out. Hugo explained to me about the Ultimate Protection Plan, so that I could get my wheels repaired under the insurance his program offers. I'm very happy that I had signed up for the program as I completed the paperwork for the lease of my BMW 330 iX in April, 2018. I had purchased a certified 2016 328xi from Bmw of Warwick. I had a very rare noise coming from the engine bay couple of days after buying it. The dealer I bought it from never responded to emails or phone calls. Herb Bmw of Boston tried fixing it but was not complete and noise still occurred while driving.So I decided to mention it to Bmw of Sudbury when i went for an oil change. Special Thanks to the service manager Almir ( AL) at Bmw of Sudbury. He went outside the box and took care of me , took many visit a -lot of experiments with the car but he finally managed to fix the noise by using all his experiences + dealer resources . A true example of employee. Also Ashley service advisor kept me notified and updated top notch service and also thanks to the shop foreman Kamal on the test drives.

Nobody knows BMWs as well as Bill Kramer. His product knowledge is only surpassed by his outstanding customer service. A real attribute to the dealership! Brian Frye is the best Service Advisor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He is smart, honest, friendly, and loves his job. He has saved me money on my car by recommending services that give it longevity, and by NOT recommending services my car didn't need quite yet. I'll always see Brian Frye when I visit BMW Sudbury.

"First Class Horror!"

Brought my M3 to BMW of Sudbury for a routine recall service - positive battery cable replacement. Car was dead the next morning. Dealership said it was the battery, so I bought a new BMW battery. The following day, the car started displaying an ‘Increased battery discharge’ error message. Dealership took my car and held it hostage for a month, as they ripped it apart, causing all sorts of damage. Reached out to Assistant Service Manager, Service Director and General Manager for help with the situation. Complete silent from the dealership. My pregnant wife and I are forced to drive a car with a battery that spontaneously discharges. Dangerous situation, but they just don’t care about your safety! My friends, family and employees will NEVER buy another vehicle from Herb Chambers again!!

I apologize that you are unhappy with the service we have provided. When you first brought your vehicle in back in July, we diagnosed the issue and found that the battery was never properly registered into the computer. We installed the new battery free of cost, and took care of the towing cost. After you brought your vehicle in for a second time, further diagnosis was done to the vehicle and an updated battery cable was replaced. We then monitored your vehicle for 4 days and found no further issues. During the times that we had your vehicle, a loaner vehicle was provided. I did call you to discuss this earlier, so please feel free to return my call at your earliest convenience. Thank you, Pranav Gill, General Manager

Tried to be understanding to dealer mistake. Provided them with pictures of issues/damages. Wanted nothing from them, but just to fix what they broke. They will go out of their way to point the finger at 18yrs worth of loyalty to Herb Chambers. Best way to deal with BMW of Sudbury is to let a judge throw the book at them!!
