Terrible service. Guaranteed a loaner two weeks in advance. Called the morning of my appt to say I would be 30 min late. Was told that my loaner wasn’t guaranteed anymore. I told them that I booked a loaner two weeks ago and I am letting them know that I am stuck in traffic. The man still was so rude and said “I get it but you still are not guaranteed a loaner anymore.” Had them do a quick oil change and declined the 10 unnecessary items that they wanted to sell me. They decided to return my car filthy to me without even a dealer wash. Horrible. More
