I had a recall on my BMW and made an appointment over the phone for 11 A.M. When I arrived i was told that they prefer I not wait for this specific service due to the fact that it could take hours. The lett phone for 11 A.M. When I arrived i was told that they prefer I not wait for this specific service due to the fact that it could take hours. The letter I received from BMW stated that the recall would take an hour. The point of the story is that they gave me a loaner car since I’m about 40 minutes away with traffic and isn’t that supposed to be a COURTESY? I had the car for about 2 hours and I find that they charged me for gas. Really? Will not be going back there. More

Another unsatisfactory customer service experience @BMWSudbury.We came in for an oil change, and Mackenzie told us it would be 1.5 hours. My wife had to find MacKenzie two hours later, who informed us @BMWSudbury.We came in for an oil change, and Mackenzie told us it would be 1.5 hours. My wife had to find MacKenzie two hours later, who informed us that the oil change had just started! She explained that a required part was missing, was not in stock, and we would need to schedule a follow-up appointment. MacKenzie did a terrible job managing our expectations. We were in the waiting room for two hours and observed Mackenzie interacting with 2-3 customers (including us), so this was not a case of her being too busy. More

I have been dealing directly with Almir Jonuz for any/all servicing needs or general questions. He is always available, super friendly and an all around fantastic guy. He runs one of the largest service servicing needs or general questions. He is always available, super friendly and an all around fantastic guy. For anyone who has an issue they want addressed with a charge they don’t agree with or a service need ask for Al. I see the limited negative reviews and know that they just needed to talk to someone else to get a resolution that works for all parties. More
