Quick turn around despite a very busy day at the service center. The Service Advisor, Mackenzie Ditomassi, greeted me quickly and confirmed with me the work requested, a short time later I had a quote and r center. I had a great experience bringing in my 2021 X5 for its first service (free). While waiting in the service area, I received a video report of the vehicle's inspection. The ability to view this while waiting was both entertaining and clearly very helpful should any issues have arisen and needed to be discussed. I would also add a special five-star rating for William who had helped me even prior to bringing the car in to figure out the cause of some salt deposits getting into the engine bay. I highly recommend this place, including William (service manager) and Joe (sales representative). More
