I was not aware of that, and I'm very happy that I had signed up for the program with me so papers for the lease of my BMW 330 iX. I thank Hugo very much for his kindness as he helped me out. Hugo explained to me about the Ultimate Protection Plan, so that I could get my wheels repaired under the insurance his program offers. I'm very happy that I had signed up for the program as I completed the paperwork for the lease of my BMW 330 iX in April, 2018. Great Service department I had purchased a certified 2016 328xi from Bmw of Warwick. I had a very rare noise coming from the engine bay couple of days after buying it. The dealer I bought it from never responded to emails or phone calls. Herb Bmw of Boston tried fixing it but was not complete and noise still occurred while driving.So I decided to mention it to Bmw of Sudbury when i went for an oil change. Special Thanks to the service manager Almir ( AL) at Bmw of Sudbury. He went outside the box and took care of me , took many visit a -lot of experiments with the car but he finally managed to fix the noise by using all his experiences + dealer resources . A true example of employee. Also Ashley service advisor kept me notified and updated top notch service and also thanks to the shop foreman Kamal on the test drives. More

First Class Horror! Brought my M3 to BMW of Sudbury for a routine recall service - positive battery cable replacement. Car was dead the next morning. Dealership said it Brought my M3 to BMW of Sudbury for a routine recall service - positive battery cable replacement. Car was dead the next morning. Dealership said it was the battery, so I bought a new BMW battery. The following day, the car started displaying an ‘Increased battery discharge’ error message. Dealership took my car and held it hostage for a month, as they ripped it apart, causing all sorts of damage. Reached out to Assistant Service Manager, Service Director and General Manager for help with the situation. Complete silent from the dealership. My pregnant wife and I are forced to drive a car with a battery that spontaneously discharges. Dangerous situation, but they just don’t care about your safety! My friends, family and employees will NEVER buy another vehicle from Herb Chambers again!! More

Excellent Service - Kudos to William Kramer I took my leased car in for the 10k service. Was promptly met by Bill, provided an overview what to be done, time estimate and asked me to relax and I took my leased car in for the 10k service. Was promptly met by Bill, provided an overview what to be done, time estimate and asked me to relax and he would keep me updated. Set the expectation for 2 hours. I was delighted that in less than 2 hours the car was ready, washed and cleaned and ready to go. Additionally I had a question or two and he walked me over to the car and shared with me the information and I was on my way.
