Terrible service. Car is less than 4 years old and while under warranty on some items, car would come out of service with more issues. Service never has loaner cars available while they keep a car hostage for over a week and all they can say is “I hope you enjoy any nice weather we have.” When picking up the car, they dont even remember who you are and act as if you are a brand new customer. It is because of this dealership we traded our brand new Escalade. We couldn’t take how rude and ignore the staff are. More

I had a great experience I drove approximately 50 mi away from my house to get there because they had a used car I was looking at My salesman was great my finance manager was very helpful as well I said no t from my house to get there because they had a used car I was looking at My salesman was great my finance manager was very helpful as well I said no to a lot of the extras and he did not push or insult like a lot of the other places do it was a no haggle price on the car and they actually gave me $1,000 more for my trade than everybody else it was a high mileage vehicle I thought it was worth more but Kelley Blue book came in it 2,000 bucks Max. I would definitely go back there for another car purchase but not for one of those $150,000 Cadillacs. maybe someday More

I had an urgent matter with my 2020 XT4, where I put a new battery in my car remote and then the car would not start. Could not even get in it. After finally being able to get into my car and no help wha new battery in my car remote and then the car would not start. Could not even get in it. After finally being able to get into my car and no help whatsoever from OnStar, I decided to call the dealership. I plead with the person on the phone to find someone to help me, it was after 5:00, I am sure people were ready to head home and I was in a panic. The guy I was telling my issue to goes and gets Matt (don’t know his last name) but he is the shop foreman. He got on the phone and said don't worry, I know exactly what you need to do. In literally 5 minutes he walked me through and fixed my issue. I was so happy that I think I told him I was sending him a dozen roses and told my friends if he was single I would marry him lol. He is what every dealership and business needs. He obviously knows Cadillac vehicles and to jump in to help me resolve my issue, he was a superstar. If it was not for him, I would have had to deal with another annoying call with OnStar and waiting for a service to show up and they probably would not be able to troubleshoot my issue. I was also parked in a lot in the North End, which would have been very costly if I had to leave my vehicle there overnight. Whatever you pay him, you need to pay him more!!! More
