Sam Cusenza the salesman, made me feel as if I was talking with a lifelong friend. He really worked with me in making my decision. When I selected my vehicle, Frank took over and after a little work, gave me an offer I couldnt refuse. He said he wanted to keep me in the Cadillac family, and proved it with the numbers he presented me. The next day I met with Lorne the financial wizard, and he had everything done like he promised. The transfer took less than 1 half hour. Ted took me out to my new ATS and got my phone paired, contacts updated, Onstar ready,and even highlighted my manuals with VIP info that I may need. B4 I new it I was driving my new ATS home. These guys really work hard. They made me feel like royalty. They are by far the best dealership I have ever worked with. No pressure, No lies, and Sam even gave me a recipe for his moms italian family recipe. Very pleasant and super FAST experience. More

Michael Anagnos was extremely knowledgeable about the ATS and answered my questions thoroughly. He was also very patient as I asked many questions relating to the vehicle and many were general questions not related to service issues.
