Terrible Alfa Romeo service department. Dropped my car off and called and texted several times to find out when it would be ready and no answer or reply. You would think for what they charge for service ($1357 for rear brakes) that they would have better customer service. They don’t even give loaner cars. Only buy a car here if you plan on not taking it here for service. More

This dealership is going through renovations at the moment but it will definitely be a dealership worth shopping from when its all set and the employees make it even better. Only thing I’d have to say that they can improve on is the appearance of the vehicle when they give it to the customer. For my experience, I feel like the vehicle could’ve been cleaner in the interior, and I think they could’ve done a better job at detailing the defects of the used car prior to purchase. Other than that, Andy help me throughout the process and even after the sale was done to make sure everything was as I expected. Very professional and helpful and I recommend anyone who goes to this dealership to ask for Andy. More
