It has brought me and kept me at Herb Chambers Cadillac the last 10 Years and will keep me at Herb Chambers Alfa Romeo for the next years. All because of 3 Key People: A J Pulvie - Service first as the Columns of a successful relationship depends on our “Relationship” which grows from Respect, Listening, Compassion & Understanding. Andy Luna - Exactly what “Relationship Selling” demands: listening to the customer and allowing the customer to express good as well as not so good feelings. Jackie Sasso - How can you not love personalization of service. A real firecracker who makes you comfortable and safe during the back end of the Sale. These 3 people are the reason I come to Herb Chambers for my cars and I would tell the World that if you want me to!
