I visited this dealership looking to prepare myself to perhaps switch to Chevrolet after being a long time Ford customer. Not only was Ted engaging and easy-going but he actually knew a great deal about the products. Now THAT is unusual! Although he understood that a sale would not be imminent, Ted was patient, knowledgeable and offered thoughtful explanations and pertinent knowledge. He is a consummate professional and I'm hoping my quest leads me back to him and Herb Chambers. Ted certainly made the right pitch for that to happen. More

I came to Adam looking to buy a new truck or a slightly used one and within 20 minutes of first contacting him he, he emailed me with a used 2007 Silverdao. One day later he was able to locate a brand new 2011 silverdao, which they had on sale. After deciding that that was the tuck for me he then handed it of to John, where he made sure I got the best possible deal from the banks and threw in some extra goodies for me in the deal. This was my first experiance buy a new car and both of them could'nt have made the process any easier. At the end of it all they sold 2 trucks, one to me, and one to my uncle. I visited Herb Chambers a few weeks ago in November to be with my grandfather who was looking for a used but fairly new used car. My grandfather can be a little pushy at times but the salesman, Paul Blanchette listened patiently and answered all my grandfather's questions and concerns in a way that made my grandfather very pleased. We left the dealer a few hours later with all the paperwork signed to pick up the car later that week. My grandfather left dealership with a smile on his face and told the salesman that "he'd go far in this business." (My grandfather is usually not one to give out complements." I would recommend Herb Chambers in Danvers to anyone looking for a vehicle. The experience my grandfather and I had at Herb Chambers put car buying in a new light for us. I ended up finding a great deal on a GMC Canyon. Herb Chambers has a great staff who went out of their way to put me in a vehicle. The staff helped me find the right truck, test drive it, obtain the financing, which all happened on Saturday. I was able to pick up the truck on Sunday. My hats off to a great team!
