I am new to Herb Chambers; this was my second visit since the buick dealer in Malden closed. I am very pleased to say that I think the people at Herb Chambers in Danvers go above and beyond. They are very helpful; they do not push a service that you really don't need and make you feel very welcomed. When I heard that Jack left I was a little concerned that I might not receive the excellent service that I received during my first visit. I worried for no reason; Mike was great. He explained what they could do, what they would repair and what they would check again not telling me that I need something when I don't. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Herb Chambers in Danvers and highly recommend them. More

I do not know any employees at Herb Chambers personally, and have no motive for such a ringing endorsement - other than the outstanding service I've have received from that dealership, time and time again. It was nice to go to a dealership & be treated respectfully and not feel like I was being ripped off.
