I walked into this dealership intending to just test drive some used vehicle. I especially did not want to buy a NEW car again because of my experience at a previous dealer ship 8 years ago when i bough drive some used vehicle. This dealership was definitely different when my boyfriend and I walked in. Seth greeted us at the door, asked if he could help us with anything. Immediately he was energetic, fun, and excited to go out of show us some new and used vehicles. We test drove about 3-4 cars and his knowledge about the vehicles was amazing. He gave me and my boyfriend some great information and after talking with him for about 3 hours we left with nothing. I was driving down route 114 and realized it was a good deal and they were EXTREMELY nice so we turned around, started the paper work and bought the brand new 2014 jeep patriot. Im in love with it and thanks to Seth I'm driving my first new Jeep that I have wanted since i was a kid. I needed to go in for a new computerized key. Derek wsa not familiar with the warranty I had from another dealership, but did everything to help me get the service so that I could use my car that day. I just recently purchased a used 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited at the Herb Chambers, Danvers, MA location. I was looking to trade my Jeep in for a newer model. I had many questions and was concerned that I may not be able to afford it. A sales consultant by the name of Paulo Fidalgo greeted my mom, aunt and I while we were viewing the cars on the lot. Paulo was funny, professional and extremely knowledgable and answered all of our many questions. I don't really like car shopping, but Paulo changed that experience for me and made it a pleasant one. I purchased my Jeep and I love it! He followed up with a phone call and email to see how I was liking my new car and if I had any concerns or questions. I will definitely be back to see Paulo in the future and I will recommend him to my friends. This is my second automobile that I purchased from Herb Chambers. I will definitely be back.
