There is so much wiggle room and so many games played. This is the first review I have ever done. Did my homework and knew my basic pricing parameters. Wasn't looking to play squeeze a penny. But didn't want to get xxxxx. I went in knowing that I would special order this vehicle the way I wanted it. Met Mike Neligon on my first of several pre purchase scouting missions. I was impressed with his professionalism, non pressure style, non aggressive follow through and overall pleasant attitude. He's a mature guy who also owns and drives a jeep and I felt he had the experience I wanted. This was my first Jeep. For once I felt like I could buy a vehicle without feeling slimmed. I finally settled in to deal with Mike after scouting three other dealerships. I had a slightly better price from a NH dealer who was equally easy to deal with but the distance turned me off. I settled in to work with Mike. I think knowing exactly what I wanted eased the process. The pricing was what I expected. A couple minor games by the sales manager but I think he sensed my focus and backed down. Within short order we came to a fair price. The paperwork processing fee and dealer prep still kill me. But, it's an industry norm now. I felt comfortable with Mike and I made the purchase. Special order arrived as scheduled. Mike kept me updated. Delivery went smooth. I paid cash and didn't buy any warranty packages. Finance / paperwork guy was a bit busy that day and he sort of zinged me in and out - which is what I wanted. So, overall very good experience with Mike Neligon. Then, a week later I went to take the soft top off and had a problem with a stuck zipper. Not happy as the top was about $900.00. I drove back prepared for a shuffle. Mike wasn't in yet and I went to a Sales Manager named Bill. He had me drive into the service bay and met me there. He worked thru the zipper and opened it but still summoned a mechanic. Well, turned out the zipper just needed some finesse and a little push - I didn't want to push it for fear that I'd break it. The mechanic worked it a bunch of times and then had me do it. Each time it got a little easier. So, I was again impressed. Mike arrived for his day and went over the zipper and my new jeep modifications. He took a few photos. Mike had referred me to John DiRussa at MotorWorx on Rt. 1 in Peabody to have my Jeep off road upgrades done. That was a great recommendation. They did great work and at a great price. Overall, I had a very positive experience. I highly recommend that you see Mike Neligon. More
