The salesman, John Puleo, took his time in explaining the differences between the different Wrangler models and options. They helped go over the different price structures that each model's options had. They made me feel like a family member, not a customer. Not once did they ever pressure me to buy a Jeep. If you want to make an informed decision and browse the different models without pressure, I recomend you go to Herb Chamber's showroom. You will not be disappointed. I called to make a 10:00 a.m. appointment for service. I arrived a few minutes before 10 & was taken promptly. One of my biggest pet peeves is making an appointment and then still having to wait. I was escorted by John to the payment station (he was the one I bought my car from & recognized me immediately & acknowledged my presence). This is our 4th Chrysler purchase. From our first visit to this dealership I knew it was THE place to buy our new car. No pressure whatsoever! There was no "shmoozing" and "big talking" just good old fashioned honesty. They gave us a great deal and took the time to follow up when they ordered our vehicle. We did not even put any money down and they ordered a car for us with all of our specifications because we were sure we wanted to buy the car from them. We picked up the car lastnight and I am still so surprised at how nice and easy the whole process was for us. It seems as though they are one big family over there and we were more than welcome to spend some time with them.
