Anabel Otero is the best! I was in an 08 Jeep GC Limited and my lease was ending. Have driven my new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a week now. It is the Overland package and probably the best Jeep I have ever owned. Looked at, drove, and priced this Jeep against the Audi Q5, MB ML 350, now. It is the Overland package and probably the best Jeep I have ever owned. Looked at, drove, and priced this Jeep against the Audi Q5, MB ML 350, Volvo XC 90, and the BMW X-5. In my opinion the folks at Chrysler/Jeep have done their home work across the board on this vehicle, but I digress. In working with the sales team at Herb Chambers I was impressed with their willingness to work with me on price, trade allowance on the 2011 vehicle. Jim was really good in the initial phases and then turned it over to Glenn who performed a very professional delivery and helped me expedite my time at the dealership. Josh was very good on the financial end with the various items of paperwork and he too was very helpful in processing me rapidly thru the purchase. I was on time for my son's rehearsal dinner and the wedding was a very successful affair. My wife enjoys the Jeep and will be also driving it from time to time. Today, I hooked it up to my Airstream travel trailer and pulled it for awhile to see how everything was working. I purchased a certified pre owned Jeep Commander at this dealership in Jan 2008, my experience with the sales staff went well, there were a few glitches but nothing that concerned me at the time. I used thier service department for my regular oil changes and other concerns, each time I went back I must say different things came up that began to concern me about the car and the service. just before the 4th of July, I had a problem with the pistons in my jeep, service was set up and I brought it in to be fixed. Already I must admit I was concerned with this kind of service being need on my "certified car" but I was glad they wer taking care of it, seeing I had taken a extended warranty. I picked up the car the next day and drove to New hampshire, long enough to know it had not been serviced correctly. On top of this the car had been returned to me dirtier than whwen I dropped it off, I was not happy. On the 3rd of July I had to bring it back and was lucky enough that Dave Wilson was the only person left working in service. My car was immediately taken in , I was brought a rental to use for the weekend, and every concern was heard by David and I was assured it would be taken care of. When I returned 3 days later, my car was immaculate, it had been serviced correctly and the car fax I had asked multiple employees for over the past 18 mos was there.
