It was actually fun purchasing a car, believe it or not. I hated to leave the last time I was there because I was going to miss these guys. Before going to Herb Chambers Jeep I visited 4 closer Jeep locations. All were pushy, demanding deals before I left the showroom. Mark and Steve took time to talk with me and show me the numbers with varying payment plans and ZERO pressure. They were polite and thorough. I went back today and Mark was just as accomodating as he was before he made the sale. We dealt with Josh as well who was also thorough and clear. We also never felt rushed with any of these guys. Another great thing about this dealership is that they show the price of the pre-owned vehicle on the car, which most dealers dont. More

Thats when we went into Herb chambers Dodge in Danvers and met with John Puleo, great guy very friendly and helpful, all the guys there were great and really showed that they wanted your business and wanted to help you in the decision of your new car. I cant thank them enough and look forward to working with them in the future. Oh ya and Bill I think he is the sales manager is great too the only sales manager I ever met that was not pushy and just wanted to help. More
