However, NONE of those dealerships compare to Herb Chambers. This recent purchase of a jeep was the most positive experience we have ever had. From start to finish it was hassle free. There were no pushy salespeople attacking you in the parking lot. Everyone we dealt with was considerate and attentive to our needs, including the fact that we had our toddler with us. When we visited after our initial purchase, our salesperson wasn't available, but another salesman named Michael helped us in every way with the utmost curtesy even though he knew a deal had already been made with another salesman. The negotiations were done with ease. And when we finally met with the finance man, he was able to give us all of the information without tricking us, lying to us and cheating us, which has happened with other dealerships. For example, we were told once that our credit didn't warrant a better rate than the one we were being offered, when we knew, in fact, that our credit was flawless. On the day that I went to look at cars it was pouring out. The dealership went the extra mile and pulled the vehicles I was interested in looking at into the service bay because it was so bad outside. I got to look at the vehicles inside and out of the rain. I decided I did not want either of those vehicles after test driving them and they tracked down another vehicle that was more suitable to my needs. This was a quick thing. I went to sign papers and pick up the car and everything was taken care of like clock work. Everything went smoothly without a glitch. I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends. I plan on going back again. The vehicle I bought will be driven by my kids so when my lease is up on the truck that I drive, I plan on going back for another truck for me. I can't say enough about Ismael, Jim and Joey.
