I looked and looked, took a test drive and loved the Dodge Journey! They gave me the Carfax in a nice folder and were very accomodating in registering my new used set of wheels! I purchased the lifetime bumper to bumper service contract and the total price was STILL less than the book value on the Journey. Now that is VALUE! I HIGHLY reccomend Herb Chambers and the staff! Marc went above and beyond for me and my family. He worked hard for us on our first visit to Herb Chambers Danvers in May 2010. A Dodge Grand Caravan Hero. He said "do you have a problem with gray" and I said "no" and he said "I have your new vehicle"! We love it. Came in for an experss oil change without an appointment and was taken in right away. I was given an approximate time and when I was told I needed an air filter in addition to the standard oil change I was and was taken in right away.
