I drive a Sprinter van that has been converted to a mini I drive a Sprinter van that has been converted to a mini motor-home. That is important because it is my home away from home. When it fails I not only lose my transportation but also a place to live. I presented myself at 7:30 am with my vehicle that had shut down unexpectedly the following day -Sunday. The service manager himself came to my van and listened to the story of the failure and asked questions to be sure he had all the facts. After typing up the work order he advised that he would try to have my van in the hands of the mechanic within the hour even though I did not have an appointment. This was done and in no time I was told the van had bad fuel injectors and would have to be ordered from Detroit. This could take 3 days or so to get them in and installed. I shared with him we were living in the van and the 3 day estimate would really create trouble for us. He made some calls and said he would have the parts overnighted, which they were. By 2:30pm the following day we were on our way headed to Canada. Not only did this dealership and especially this person, Bill Roust meet my expectation they far exceeded it. All of this work was covered by warranty, I paid nothing. More
