Steve was professional and friendly. He had the truck I was interested in up front and ready to go when I got there. I felt no pressure to buy it or to be upsold a higher model. Just took a copy of my drivers license, gave me the keys and told me to let me know what I thought of it. Negotiating was up front and easy no hidden or guesstimate numbers. Finance manager suggested and pitched an extended warranty but moved on quickly once I said I wasn’t interested. Not pushy at all. I drove away in my new truck in under 3 hours start to finish. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and experience with Steven and Herb Chambers. I love my new truck and will definitely be back for my next vehicle as long as they continue to provide this level of up front, no pressure, seamless service. More

I decided to purchase my keep I leased from your dealer ship. The proses was done quickly and staff was excellent. I also was able to set up a oil change that was needed on the jeep.
