The communication was very poor from the beginning. All I was looking for was a text or call from them to see if any progress or updates. I did not hear back for over a week. The first day the car was brought in the service associate gave me no information and I waited in the waiting room until I finally went to the desk to ask. I was then told that they couldn’t look at the vehicle for a couple days. That turned into a week and half and still nothing. When they finally tried to communicate they sent the wrong information to my husband and thought he was another person so called him by the wrong name. They used to be known for their service but I would not recommend them to anyone. More

My wife brought her Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation today 04/26/24. After waiting for 2 hours she went to the desk to ask about her car. The advisor was playing on their phone and she had to g rotation today 04/26/24. After waiting for 2 hours she went to the desk to ask about her car. When she asked if everything was ok with her car he looked around, found her keys and said your keys are right here and then proceeded to write up her paperwork. She was never given an MPI or told if they even did an inspection during the service. I have to wonder how long her keys were just laying there, what quality of service was done and how much time of hers was waisted due to them being otherwise occupied. More
