My dad went in for a just a recall and was greeted by Adam and paid over a thousand dollars in maintenance services that he did not need yet. My dad who is much older was told by Adam that they are runni Adam and paid over a thousand dollars in maintenance services that he did not need yet. My dad who is much older was told by Adam that they are running a special on the flushes which was a lie. I called the service department and spoke to another advisor and they confirmed there are NO SPECIALS on anything. I have been a service manager for a long time so I understan you have to make money but why pressure an older person who’s only income is social security???!!!. I never ever leave reviews but this deserves one. I wished I worked at Ford so I could have done the recall but I trusted sending my dad to a herb chambers dealership. BIG MISTAKE!. If you go see Adam, make sure you have enough money for the maintenance flushes you don’t need. What a joke!! First and last visit there for my 80 year old dad More
