I brought my Escape there for a noise in the back end. After a few visits and lots of money spent, the noise was not fixed. Soon I stopped going there, but one of my visits they put my back seats down to After a few visits and lots of money spent, the noise was not fixed. Soon I stopped going there, but one of my visits they put my back seats down to have someone listen for the noise and when they put the seat back up they damaged the seat buckle and did not replace saying it was still usable. I spent a few thousand dollars and still have the noise and a broken seat belt. More
