One in a million expirience! We walked into the Herb Chambers Braintree dealership and were immediately greeted by Wayne's friendly face. After deciding on a car, running into a "small hiccup," the car was no longer available. However, this didn't stop the amazing team from ensuring we walked away with what we wanted. Guillaume found a similar, yet better, car in another location and immediately had it transferred to the Braintree dealer for us. They were apologetic, friendly, and professional through the whole process. Once the car arrived, we began working with Kevin and the experience got even better (if possible). Kevin was knowledgeable, funny, and kept us entertained through the oh so boring financial process. We drove home our new 2016 Ford Fusion that day and we could not be more happy! enjoyable effiient experienced and energetic So, my wife and I were looking for an explorer. something nice for the family. well we worked with Nate Gamble at the store and we also worked with Gu So, my wife and I were looking for an explorer. something nice for the family. well we worked with Nate Gamble at the store and we also worked with Guillaume the sales manager. Both showed us and compared a few models and we decided on the exact one we loved. Guillaume made sure our paperwork was perfect while Nate made sure we were comfortable and handled the delivery cleaning and explanation of our vehicle. We then worked with Kevin in finance and he did a great job getting us a very good rate for financing and we got a couple warranties at a good price. All in all everyone treated us very well, everyone was extremely knowledgeable and efficient with our time. I am definitely coming back for my next car. More
