Frankie Santiago was a pleasure to work with, very helpful and I will recommend him to anyone. The issues I had had nothing to do with Frankie. It was whomever is above him with the price changing. I'm having another issue this morning with trying to find out about the bjs Auto Buying program that was offer to me of which I enrolled in. I'm trying to find out when the $500 gift card will come in the mail. I emailed Lisa C and she said I needed to fill out a survey first that I don't think I received. Lisa said it was suppose to come from bjs ??? I asked Lisa to resend it but she said it didn't come from herb chambers. I told Lisa I received a certificate# but no survey. The program was offered by herb chambers so they should find out what's going on. I should not have to chase it
