I was meet as soon as I drove into the service center in a pleasant and professional manner I had my scheduled 15,000 service appointment of my Edge. I was there for about a hour and when the car was ready Matt came out explained what was done and suggested a I get a filter for the air flow and presented me the cost. Once that was completed I had a question regarding my Sync and Matt offered to go to the car to show me. Overall the experience was pleasurable and painless. I would highly recommend them. More
