purchase a new Fusion We went to Herb Chambers over other Ford dealers in the are because of our experience with their service department on our previous Fusion. The salesm We went to Herb Chambers over other Ford dealers in the are because of our experience with their service department on our previous Fusion. The salesman Nate heard our concerns especially price and started to look fro certified pre-owned Fusions. He then found two 2016 new fusions that really fit our needs (car and options) and then it was a choice of color. We liked silver over a darker color because of visibility by other drivers. Nate knew his stuff about the car and patiently explained all of the operational details both in the showroom and on the test drive. He was professional in taking us through the purchase cycle and made himself available when we picked the car up (purchased late Friday and picked it up on Monday morning) although he was to start a one week vacation. When arrive to pick up the car Nate was available and spent well over a hour talking about the car and explaining the finer points of adjusting various options - radio, heat/AC, mileage read outs, etc. As we left he said that he would be available in the future if we had any concerns or questions. More

I called Scott sales manager he took my credit card information over the phone on a Sunday so that I would be able to pick my truck once I arrived back in Boston. The service area had closed on Saturday but I was able to get my truck for Monday that's what I call customer service. More
