Excellent service - ALL AROUND on 10/01/16 we entered the lot of Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree looking for specific vehicles - Ford Escapes. Mr. Arsenault came outside right awa on 10/01/16 we entered the lot of Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree looking for specific vehicles - Ford Escapes. Mr. Arsenault came outside right away (great especially since it was raining.) Took everyone inside, not to pressure sales, just to get the information for what we were looking for, price range, options etc. Within minutes he had pulled up a vehicle we were interested in with all of our specifics, pulled it up right out front, no searching etc. He opened it up, showed us everything from inside to out - front to back and asked if we wanted to take it for a ride. It was a great deal but we wanted to look at others first. Again, within minutes the vehicles were shown to us and the differences explained. He knew his stuff, he was honest and up front with pros and cons etc. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Arsenault and when we go back to continue our search we will be going to him. GREAT SALES REP.
