I had a bad experience with a different ford dealership. I contacted Herb via the internet and was contacted right away. I explained to Jay Rose what I wanted in a vehicle. I explained what I was looking for and he (and the managers) worked really hard to find it. I ended up leaving the dealership with EXACTLY what I wanted and then some, a new 2010 ford escape Limited with everything. Ron Explained how to use all of the bells and whistles in the vehicle when I took delivery. Ron really went above and beyond after I left the dealership to have the Simoniz coating applied, he dropped me off at home and picked me up, it's really nice to feel like my business is appreciated.
