This was by far the BEST experience we've had in buying a new car. We had done our homework and knew the ballpark cost of the car we wanted. The salesperson was fabulous. When it was time to sit down and talk money, he didn't try any tactics, just took our offer to the sales manager and came back with a counter offer. The deal was done in about 10 minutes. We then went and signed all the paperwork and had our new car the very next day! This was a great experience overall and I would not hesitate to send someone else to Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree in the future.
