The service department wouldn't apply the fee to look at the car to the repair work which was close to $800. This is typical practice and McGovern Ford said they would but the car was already there. I never like when people hide behind 'policy' when dealing with a manager. They've lost a customer and where in the market for a new vehicle so the amount of money they're losing isn't insignificant over an 'inspection fee'. Penny wise, pound foolish. Shame on you Herb Chambers. More
