I called Scott sales manager he took my credit card information over the phone on a Sunday so that I would be able to pick my truck once I arrived back in Boston. The service area had closed on Saturday but I was able to get my truck for Monday that's what I call customer service. More

Unscheduled emergency service After suffering a loss of electrical system charging while driving on the highway, I contacted the Braintree Ford service department for advice. It w After suffering a loss of electrical system charging while driving on the highway, I contacted the Braintree Ford service department for advice. It was suggested that I do not try to drive the vehicle to the dealership as I could lose my steering (electrically driven power steering). A tow was arranged, and shortly after it arrived at the dealership, Dan called to confirm that they received it (2015 Explorer Sport), and that it would be ready the next day. True to his word, the work was completed and I picked it up in great running order. Only downside was that it was a couple of weeks out of warranty so the cost was in me. More
