I visited Herb Chambers for service on my vehicle. After my car was serviced it needed more work than I thought. I brought it in for the 30,000 mile recommen Customer Service Extraordinaire I had my Honda CR-V serviced at the Dorchester location on Feb.25,2021. I brought it in for the 30,000 mile recommended service. All went well and I had a great service experience, Now fast forward to a few weeks later March 31st. I heard a strange noise coming from the undercarriage. I called Service to make an appointment to bring the car in to be looked at. The Service Secretary was very helpful and said bring it in now. So I did. Upon arrival, I was met by a service rep who directed me to a service spot to get my info. He had noticed a Marine Corp sticker on my rear window and greeted me with "Thank you for your service". I thought to myself, what a nice way to make a customer feel welcomed. He then directed. me to wait at his desk while he took my car. When he returned he said, "Hi my name is Sean, how can I help you today"? I told him problem and he said he would have the car checked and call mw with. his findings. Sean called me a while later to tell me the car was all set. I returned to the dealership and upon arrival, Sean met me at the door. This is where Sean's customer service skills kicked in and I actually thought it was the filming of a customer service quality control video. Sean went over his findings with a fine tooth command reassured me the noise was normal wear and tear on the tires. H said the tires were safe and did not need to be replaced. I thanked him and asked what my service cost charge was. He said "no charge". This was a true customer service experience!!! In closing I would Like to say-- Thank You Sean "Mr Customer Service Extraordinaire" More
