Sean DeSilva provided me with excellent customer service when I brought my car in due to an issue with my car's AC. He clearly explained the potential issues they were going to investigate and clearly commu when I brought my car in due to an issue with my car's AC. He clearly explained the potential issues they were going to investigate and clearly communicated what would need to be true in order for my service to be covered under warranty. He promptly called me later in the day explaining that my issue was indeed covered and that I didn't need to pay anything out of pocket. He scheduled a courtesy Lyft to take me home and back since they needed to keep my car for the day to service it. Overall the experience was seamless and Sean was incredibly helpful and friendly! I purchased my HRV a month ago and have had a very problem ever since. The issue occurs when I hit the brake pedal and the car goes over a speedhamp or through a pot hole. I have headed back 2 weeks later to dealers and they check it for 5 minutes and said everything is fine. But the problem is getting worse and I’m not feeling safe driving this car and yesterday I almost get in to accident because of it. More
