Went back for a 2nd car! Since we had such a great experience buying a pre-owned Pilot for my wife, I started seriously looking into the Civic Hatchback (which I had already b Since we had such a great experience buying a pre-owned Pilot for my wife, I started seriously looking into the Civic Hatchback (which I had already been moderately interested in, and after seeing it in person, started to seriously consider it!) After leaving on Saturday after purchasing the Pilot for my wife I poked around on the Herb Chambers website to look at the specific models, and sent some emails in to request some prices and information. Jillian McDermott was SUPER helpful in getting me all the info I needed (and super fast I might add!) After getting all the info I needed, I went back in and Brian Madden walked me through the options and we took the 2017 Civic Hatchback EX for a drive. I absolutely fell in love with the car the moment I drove it! Brian was great in helping me understand all of the trim levels, as well as all the options available. Again, at no point did I feel uncomfortable or anything of that nature. I felt right at home from the minute I walked in. Everyone was very forthcoming with information and I really felt like they wanted to work with me and make a deal that worked for us. (I wish the same could be said for every dealership I've been to!) I Was even able to pick up the car and take it home an hour after signing the papers! Brian was great about walking me through all the set up and explaining all the features as well! We're Herb Chambers customers for life! More

Regular service Brought my vehicle in for some minor regular maintenance. The tech observed a couple of minor issues it was brought to my attention. It was merely recommended. The Service Rep wanted to show me the parts prior to any work being done. Not necessary. Once the repairs were completed, Service Rep sought me out to let me know the car was receiving a courtesy wash & it would be ready in less than 5 minutes. That was SERVICE! More
