I had previously purchased a new Fit through this dealership and was looking to return to a small SUV. Laurie was so helpful in my decision of which car to purchase. This is the firt time I have purchased a used car and I can't begin to tell you how excited I am about my CRV all because of Laurie puting me at ease with the purchase. I purchased my first Honda last week from Laurie Cantwell. I have never dealt with a female salesperson in the car industry and as usual expected the worst. I was going to purchase a vehicle 2 years ago, but changed my mind but when I inquired about a car online last week Lori called me out of the clear blue and said she had kept my information from 2 years ago and could help me. I was impressed. I explained all my circumstances to Lori, and in many ways consider myself quite demanding. She handled my situation with professionalism and never got rattled. She addressed all my issues and by the time I showed up in the showroom for paperwork and test drive she had my car waiting for me! She did everything she could to get this deal done quickly, and without stress. I did have to spend several hours at the dealer, but there was no "back and forth negotiating" or intense sessions, they were just busy and my paperwork was taking a bit longer. I was offered coffee, and then a suggestion that maybe I could go grab a bite to eat since we hadn't had any lunch and then return with news about the sale. We did this, and returned to purchase a 2008 Civic. I LOVE THIS CAR, it has pep and is sleek and has all that I need, thanks to Lori. I will probably be a customer for life, but I will utilize the service department for all my mechanical needs, so I will save my opinions on that part of the dealership for then. I couldn't be happier, and certainly would suggest anyone looking for a new or used car contact Lori by email or phone. She will get you what you want at the price you need. All in all this was the first time I purchased a vehicle without feeling overwhelmed or "used". THANKS LORI!! More

She has always work hard to ensure that the process is smooth and event free. Laurie always calls after the sale has been complete to make sure I am happy with my purchase. When ever I come into the dealer for service Laurie always takes the time to say hello and asks how I am as well as if I am being treated well by the service department. Updated review: The supplier showed a great deal of visit follow to ensure my questions were addressed. On the 3rd call back they were able to advise that the warranty would begin at 6K miles and I wou visit follow to ensure my questions were addressed. When I discussed the topic with other local Honda dealers they indicated the would deduct some many cents per mile, which they never offered. I ended buying a new Honda from another local dealer. Much lower price. Love the attention from the dealership, but still thing the pricing area is poor for this dealership. ***************************************************************** Looked at a new vehicle and found a demo was available. Other dealerships in the Boston area have the same exact vehicle for about 100 less than their price. When I attempted to obtain a discount for 6000 miles already on the new car, no movement was made by the dealership. Considering I can get the same vehicle for almost the same price and not lose 17 % of my warranty, I will pass on them. I don't mind a demo model, but I shouldn't have to pony their free ride and take the hit in my warranty coverage. Nice people, nice company, but need to learn how to work a deal when it comes to unloading a high mileage demo. Some one will buy the vehicle, but not me. If you're smart enough to read this site, suspect you would pass also. More
We serviced a CR-V through Honda Burlington for more than 70,000 miles - all scheduled scheduled maintenance intervals. Overall, we never got out of the 10K miles intervals with less than $500. If you need to service you Honda, you should try to look elsewhere. More

Now the fun is about to begin. I thought I have to fight for the interest rate. It was not at all. TJ came over introduced him to me and my wife, explained his role to us. Five minutes, he came back, let us know that I have an excellent credit that qualify for 2.9%. He invited us into his office, while we were in his office. He explained to us thorough what we need for our new vehicle. A lot of good items but I found that only the service contract make sense to us. So it was a great experience, very smooth and I am strongly recommend this dealership to all my friends and everyone that looking for a HONDA. Remember to call Jerry. More
