It seems like she was there everytime I was!! We would have great conversations even though I wasn't in the market for a new car. Well, when my husband decided to buy a car, he went to see Laurie and he thought she was great! Knowledgeable, curteous and easy to work with. She is now the family's "go to" person for cars! More
Although I didn't buy my current CRV from Herb Chambers of Burlington, I have always had it serviced at this location because of the professional and courteous manner in which I'm treated every time I'm th of Burlington, I have always had it serviced at this location because of the professional and courteous manner in which I'm treated every time I'm there. As a prospected customer of Laurie's, she always makes sure that I am receiving the best care while at Herb Chambers. I have learned from watching her deal with her other customers that she treats everyone that way. Whenever my car has been in for service, Laurie will follow-up to make sure that the issue or problem was addressed to my satisfaction. To me, that is high quality customer service! Although quite a drive from where I'm currently living, I will continue to bring both my Honda's to Herb Chambers of Burlington because of the tremendous care that is taken to make sure I'm a happy customer by Laurie and the rest of her colleagues. I went to Herb Chambers of Burlington to to get my 2000 civic serviced and realized that the work that was needed to repair my car (that I bought at this dealership 8 years earlier) would be the same as a civic serviced and realized that the work that was needed to repair my car (that I bought at this dealership 8 years earlier) would be the same as a down payment for a new car so I went for the new car (well a certified used car) and was introduced to Angel. He was great. There was no pressure at all and within a few hours I was driving home with my new car. My new car was not so lucky though, as it was hit 2 days later. Angel was great. First he asked if I was ok then he helpied me get in touch with all the body work people and within a couple of weeks I had my new car back. Everyone there was a great help. I love Laurie! Out of all the different dealerships I have been too, Laurie is the best I have worked with when leasing a new car. Laurie not only took the time to go over every detail of the leasing pr have been too, Laurie is the best I have worked with when leasing a new car. Laurie not only took the time to go over every detail of the leasing process, she also worked hard to find something that fit my budget. One of the things that made me want to work with Laurie was the way I would see her interact with customers in person and on the phone. I have witnessed her call all of her customers with wish them a "happy birthday" and she is makes multiple follow-up calls. I don't think I will work with anyone but Laurie for now on. More
John has taken care of my husband's Civic Hybrid(purchased used from a Herb Chambers customer - the reason we continued service with the dealership) and my Honda Accord Hybrid, purchased new Hybrid(purchased used from a Herb Chambers customer - the reason we continued service with the dealership) and my Honda Accord Hybrid, purchased new at the dealership. John's service prompted us to purchase my new car at Herb Chambers and we continue to service the car there even though we live forty-five minutes away. I went there shopping for a used civic and was delighted with the customer service and value that was presented to me while i was there. I bought a gently used honda civic and couldn't be any more pleased with the car, price, and all around experience i had at herb chambers. Rob was helpfull, not high pressure, and it actually seemed like he had MY best interest in mind while helping me through thte process of buying a vehicle. I would reccomend anyone looking to buy a car to go Herb Chambers and find the biggest guy there, his name will be Rob Kineen. More

Not only did Patrick Sisk and Angel provide me with assistance, they were both courteous and v came back to Herb Chambers for some technical support. I arrived on the morning of Friday, September 10, 2010 after seeing a 2010 Civic with 15k miles on the Herb Chambers website. unfortunately, I misread the site and assumed that the vehicle was in Burling after seeing a 2010 Civic with 15k miles on the Herb Chambers website. unfortunately, I misread the site and assumed that the vehicle was in Burlington. It was in Seekonk. After talking with Angel and securing the car with a refundable deposit, I was on a test drive three hours later. The car drove well, the test drive was almost an hour from start to finish, and the price was great. Angel was completely pressure free, and the finance department was very helpful. They took my 2001 Civic in trade which was astonishing as I barely got the thing to the dealer, and I was completely forthright with the ridiculous amount of work the car needed. (3x it's BlueBook value!) The process was straightforward, the deal great and the experience worth repeating. I should add that I hate buying cars. I'd generally prefer dental work, but this was a very pleasant experience. More
