I appreciate your response to my review, however I don't see how our negative experience could possibly be rectified seeing how we have already purchased a new vehicle at Honda Cars of Boston in Everett. Regarding credit Your salesman informed us we had soft credit which was risky so we didn't qualify for certain programs, however at Honda Cars of Boston we had perfect credit and could drive away with whatever we wanted. Our car shopping experience in Everett was so incredible it not only made us future customers but also inspired my post.
