I was nervous when I went to look for a car but then I met my salesperson Elena and right away she set my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable. Once I had decided on a car, Elena referred me to Tony to discuss financing and Tony was also extremely patient and helped me get the car I wanted. The entire process was much less stressful than I expected it to be and it made my car buying experience an enjoyable one. I would definitely return there in the future and will recommend Elena and Tony to family and friends. More
Living up to the Car Salesman Reputation. Scumbags. Arrived at the dealership only to find out the salesman has left eventhough we agreed upon the time. Guess what, we apologize but that was not the deal. It is now over $1,500 more down and $20 more per month ($720 for the 36 months). This was the biggest waste of time and an absolute insult to my intelligence. More

I was recently looking for a specific used vehicle (Honda Element) and found some options at Herb Chambers. I came in to test drive with Manny. It turned out the one I wanted was at their Warwick, RI locat Element) and found some options at Herb Chambers. I came in to test drive with Manny. It turned out the one I wanted was at their Warwick, RI location. I asked Manny if I could see it. He said I had to commit to it before he would bring it up. I brought my trade car into be valued and expressed interest in getting the car if it drove like the one I test drove. Manny still pressed for me to commit, sight unseen. After three days of going back and forth with him about getting the car - even me offering to put a refundable deposit on the car to get it up to Burlington - Manny said that he was busy and couldn't get, but if I wanted to drive to Warwick he would call them to ensure that they knew he was "working" with me (i.e., wanted his cut of the commission). Apparently, my time is worth less than his. I was vivid. He repeatedly told me during the week he would get it done and that the car was reserved for me -- it wasn't. I looked it on the site again and it was gone. It had been sold. I immediately looked for other Elements and found one that was younger, had lower miles, Honda certified and from a dealer that wasn't an ass. I bought it and had it home before Manny got back to me two days later via email that the car had been sold and "that I should have committed upfront when I had the chance." DON'T BUY FROM THIS MAN. He is the worst. He is the epitome of a "used car dealer" -- always working the backroom deal and never delivering on his promises. I will never even consider buying from this dealership. More
When my Mom and I first met Rob back in Sept. 2010, we were immediately impressed with Rob. My Mom wanted a CR-V and Rob was very knowledgable. I did not think we were suppose to smile or joke around. With Rob, there was no pressure. He is very easy going and professional. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Rob Kinneen and Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington. If anyone asks me where to get a new Honda, hands down it would be Herb Chambers and I would tell them to see Rob in Burlington. Upon entering the Burlington dealership we were greeted promptly and a sales person (Laurie) asked how she could help. Laurie gave us the exact information regarding price and lease options. We had visited two other Honda dealerships but the leasing program Herb Chambers offered was a good option. This being our first experience in this area Laurie went over all aspects of the lease process giving us exact information with which we could make our decision. It took us just one day to make the decision to lease from Herb Chambers. Laurie took care of all paperwork and the car was good to go. Pick up was easy and we had a thorough explanation of the cars workings before we left the lot and the confidence that if we had any questions or problems we could contact Laurie at any time. We also had a positive experience with T.J. Madden, Business Mgr. who went over all the options available which made it easy to pick out the one best suited to our purpose. All in all our experience was excellent and it was due to the personnel attention we received as well as the product. More
