I waited maybe 5 minutes to see the service man. I asked to have my front skirt fixed and oil change. I was 6th in line so waited 2 hours, exactly what I was told. Great Service I have been buying my Honda's there since 2003. A Honda can be bought pretty much anywhere but what cannot be bought is the service dept.
