Signed up for their oil change special where I pre-paid for 5 oil changes. Didn’t realize it takes them 3-5 hours to do an oil change. I cannot afford to wait that long so now I have to go somewhere else i for 5 oil changes. Didn’t realize it takes them 3-5 hours to do an oil change.
