Regularly scheduled service I had been trying to get in to do an oil change and the 20,000 mile regular service -- but due to the flood of customers for a recall and some short s I had been trying to get in to do an oil change and the 20,000 mile regular service -- but due to the flood of customers for a recall and some short staffing, each day I'd call found the lines already to long for me to come in. But I was told that this week would have full staffing and that a promotional offer I'd received would be honored whenever I could make it in. They suggested I should call again -- and I did on Thursday. I expected a two-hour wait, but the service was completed in an hour, including one additional issue the inspection uncovered. Nicole checked in with me several times, to let me know what needed to be done, and to let me know that my service was completed. I was happy to be back on the road. More

I am always amazed and impressed by his helpfulness and friendliness and especially his ability and memory to remember my name correctly even though I only come to Herb Chambers of Burlington for service a couple of time each year. He always takes good care of my cars and gives good advice. On this occasion, I brought my car in for oil change service. It was discovered the engine and cabin filters needed to be replaced and they were done quickly and and at a fair price. John even gave a discount to reduce my cost. It was greatly appreciated! air bag recall I had gone to Honda of Burlington as soon as I received the recall notice, but it was a mob scene when I arrived (very understandable, given the recal I had gone to Honda of Burlington as soon as I received the recall notice, but it was a mob scene when I arrived (very understandable, given the recall notice.). What impressed me was how courteous the staff remained while trying to keep things moving. When my turn finally came, I was treated most kindly and given the very good advice to return after a scheduled week's vacation, show up at 7:00, and be in and out within a much shorter time. I did that and was most grateful. The final good aspect was having a Honda employee back y car out since there was a parked car int he driveway and it would have been hard for me to maneuver around it. I wish that I had gotten his name--he was truly kind, considerate and helpful. More
