Parts department needs extensive training. Just a very simple transaction and request. I called ahead to check availability and price on a part. After confirmation that they had it in stock, I Just a very simple transaction and request. I called ahead to check availability and price on a part. After confirmation that they had it in stock, I told the person on the phone that i will pick it up shortly. There was nobody available at the parts window when I arrived there, but no big deal even though there was no bell to notify them (very cheap and helpful device guys). The cashier noticed and called the parts person after 5 minutes. A few minutes went by and the parts guy showed finally. Then he said that he would be right back with the part. Well, he lied as I waited another 5 minutes and I walked out empty handed. I am not sure what he was doing but he could have told me that he had to make the part and I would have waited a bit longer if neccessary, because who does not value craftsmanship? I have never encountered such bad customer serice anywhere alse before. More

Great Honda service! I was traveling up from NC visiting Boston when a cover plate fell off from under my CRV. I drove into Herb Chambers Honda on a Saturday morning to in I was traveling up from NC visiting Boston when a cover plate fell off from under my CRV. I drove into Herb Chambers Honda on a Saturday morning to inquire whether the plate needed to be replaced. The service associate said that it was recommended and that they could fit it in immediately. 30 minutes later the job was done and, to my surprise, they charged nothing.....a credit to great Honda customer support......wonderful!!!
