John S. helped with just a few simple things; an oil change, state inspection, and the auto up feature on a window wasn't working properly. It took about an hour and a half, but they were busy when I pulled in and they had to run the inspection twice since I had a burnt out bulb in a brake light. In all, they made good time on the car and everything was taken care of. I've never had any surprises with these guys, like brakes or tires needing replacement unexpectedly soon, etc. I know I can trust them and that's why I always go back to them. That is what I tell people when they ask why I go out of the way to go to Burlington. In fact, my wife recently traded in her Acura for a CR-V and Herb Chambers' in Burlington was the only place she wanted to go! (That was also a painless experience by the way.) More
