Dear Mr. Isabelle, Our dealership participates in the DealerRater.com Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service. Based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that same experience. That is very disappointing to us. Through this program we have an opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience. I understand that you had your oil change preformed at Boch Honda in Norwood on January 10th and noticed that your oil was over filled. Fearing it would do damage to your vehicle. You called and spoke with John Flannery about your concerns and he agreed at no charge to you to look at your vehicle even though instructed by American Honda not to do any repairs on the vehicle without their involvement. Upon looking at your vehicle he agreed the oil level was a little high but not enough to do any harm to the vehicle. He then drained a little out and you requested that we inspect the brakes for any wear while it was on the lift. John agreed to do that at no charge to you. The brake inspection was preformed and there were no problems found with the brakes. Later the next day you checked your oil level and discovered that it was no exactly on the line and called our service department to make a complaint and stated “How could we be so incompetent!” At that point we realized that you did not appreciate the goodwill service that we had provided to you and advised you to bring your vehicle back to Boch were the service was preformed and have them correct their mistake. I understand that you visited us again on April 2nd and we preformed a satisfactory oil change service to your vehicle.
