I was very pleased with their help and service, my husband surprised me with an early birthday gift, we were looking for pre-owned but ended up getting a brand new car from 2025. I had a great experience with the team at Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn. This team went out of their way to welcome me in and take time to fully explain the options, features, and pricing that I would be Hyundai in Auburn. This team went out of their way to welcome me in and take time to fully explain the options, features, and pricing that I would be facing. My salesman, Nick G, is fantastic. I never felt pressured into making a decision, it was all very conversational, working at my own pace. Nick brought in members of the finance team to help me get my numbers where I needed to get them. I love the car I ended up buying and a big part of my decision was the excellent service that I received at Herb Chambers. I’m looking forward to returning for years to come as I service the new vehicle over time. I’ll probably be back within 6-12 months to shop for a car for the wife as well. I visited three other dealerships in my quest for my perfect vehicle. Herb Chambers was, in my opinion, the best by far - best sales team, well-appointed facilities, a friendly and knowledgeable team that works well together - they really had it all.
