There website was phenomenal in regards to shopping on my iPad and the videos of the cars just made me want to go down and take at least a gander at vehicles they have! Once I got there I was introduced to Anthony who was a bit busy but apologetic and insured that he would take care of me in a couples minutes (if I didn't mind waiting of course)! Just let me tell you that from start to finish, this man showed his professionalism, courtesy, good humor and overall intelligence. In addition, he assisted me with obtaining a better price (which was posted online cheaper than on the vehicle) and insisted that he could get me a better rate than what I was already receiving (which he did)! This place gets two thumbs up for overall service and professionalism! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you again Mr. Carlino! P.S. I can't leave out Anthony Fortes in Financing... This man was also an outstanding person... He got me an even better rate and helped me to save some money overall (just smile!)! Thanks again Mr. Fortes! More

My wife and I have been in the market for a new car for our growing family and after a lot of research the JX35 was at the top of our list. As a current FX35 owner, I know how great Infiniti vehicles are. our growing family and after a lot of research the JX35 was at the top of our list. We looked at comparable vehicles from the major players in the market and came by the Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough dealership several times to look at the JX and get pricing information. Anthony Carlino did an outstanding job from the outset, he answered all our questions and helped us make an informed decision. This past Mother's Day (Sunday) we came by the dealership ready to make a purchase. Anthony was again extremely helpful. We were looking for a very specific set of options on the vehicle and Anthony knew he had a vehicle that matched our needs. He spent the time to go over the vehicle with us and was very accomodating since we had our two young children with us. We made a deal on the spot and picked up the car the following day (Monday). While we were at the dealership on Sunday, my wife accidentally left her iPhone in one of the showroom cars. We discovered this late Sunday night, and I called James Bulger around 9pm to see if he could help us out. He offered to look for it as soon as he arrived at the dealership Monday morning. The following morning I received a txt message from him saying that he had found the phone and would hold it for us since we were coming in later that day to pick up the car. When we arrived, James had charged my wife's phone and had all the paperwork ready for us. While I completed the paperwork, Anthony spent over an hour going over all the features of the car with my wife. My experience with Anthony and James has been outstanding. They both went above and beyond in every way and made our Herb Chambers experience simply flawless. If you're in the market for an Infiniti vehicle I strongly recommend you visit this dealership. This is my third Infiniti and I absolutely love the M series. I converted my husband from a Maxima to a G last year which he also loves. We started our dealings with James in Boston and have now followed him to Westboro even though it's not as convenient as Boston, but because of the wonderful relationship we built with James, we're willing to travel the distance. James introduced us to Jonthan during this last deal and he has been wonderful. Very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way he can to make the experience easy and fun. He has been in contact several times to make sure I'm happy with my purchase and if there's anything he can do or if there's anything I need. How refreshing to have a dealership and sales people who still care that you are happy once you've left the dealship. I understood that Jonathan was new to the company when we first met but he's obviously fit right in and we really enjoyed working with him. More

He helped me out BIG time with financing, and when I picked up my car- he had candy and flowers in the car waiting for me! I came back a couple times with questions and he had batteries replaced in my remotes, and always was there right away to help me. He follows up every once in a while to make sure I'm still enjoying the car and that I don't need help or have questions. Excellent customer service and above and beyond when it comes to establishing a friendly relationship with customers. They say come back anytime and they mean it. Great staff and super helpful. More
Purchased a JX35 in April of 2012 and absolutely loved the car, the buying experience and the service from Herb Chambers over this past year. Unfortunately, I totaled my car in bad accident and was lucky the car, the buying experience and the service from Herb Chambers over this past year. Unfortunately, I totaled my car in bad accident and was lucky to walk away with just some bruising. The car's safety features and design contributed to this good outcome. I opted to buy the same car with additional safety features (Driver Assistance Package) from Herb Chambers and to work with my original sales representative, Anthony Carlino. Herb Chambers treats you like gold as a customer and I trust Anthony Carlino and felt as though he was working on my behalf throughout the entire process. Great experience and would recommend Herb Chambers and Anthony to my family and friends. More

I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted, but after meeting and discussing it with Anthony, I feel like he knew better!!... I got what I wanted and MORE!!!! Anthony was kind, friendly, smart, patient, professional, and well informed about the car that I wanted. He made my experience of shopping for my first NEW car extremely easy. He wasted no time and got things done, answered all of my questions, and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. Took a half day from work to go and check out a used 2010 G37x. I came from NH, so it took me about an hour and a half to get there; but I had heard great things about this dealership. Upon walking into the dealership, I saw that it was a beautiful showroom and the building was immaculate. I did have to walk around for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to ask me if I needed help. I was not approached by any salespeople, even after making a few laps around the showroom. I had to ask the receptionist if I could speak with someone about a pre-owned car, and she apologized and paged sales right away. I guess that is what bugged me the most; I am 25 years old with a corporate job, and even wore my work clothing into the dealership. I got the slight feeling that they didn't want to acknowledge me because they thought I was yound and not going to buy a car. I can certainly see where this stereotype comes from, but I was in fact a customer so I should have been greeted more promptly. After meeting my sales consultant, Marc Miller, I asked to look at 2 G37 sedans that I saw online. He was new there, about 6 months, but showed me the cars and he was very nice and answered all my questions. I did not feel pressured at all when he was showing me the vehicles. I was looking at an 09 and a 10 G37, but after driving both I decided I did like the 2010 better due to the exterior color and low miles. When I advised Marc that I was interested in the car, we sat down to talk numbers. I was not impressed with the presented value of my trade in (2009 Altima with 19k miles, very clean), but of course no consumer is going to be 100% satisfied in that area. I did really want the new vehicle, so I was introduced to the sales manager John Cantlin. He was a nice guy, and explained how they price things and do business. I eventually agreed to the deal as I thought the car was fairly priced for what it was. I did see some scratches on the vehicle, which they offered to fix. As another review mentioned, the process did take awhile (about 5 hours), and when it was all said and done it was about dinner time. It would have been nice if they offered me $10-$15 for dinner since I had been there so long, and bought a vehicle, but I work very hard in the customer service industry so I am always thinking about ways to make operations better. Overall I would recommend the dealership as they were very nice once they knew I was serious about my purchase. However I read reviews from others (couples, families, etc) who were greeted right away and probably taken a little more seriously from the get-go. There was minimal sales pressure and I will visit them again when considering my next car. I have yet to pick up the vehicle due to vehicle preparation. My visit was two days ago. More

I have never meet someone that work in sales that truly knows his things like Anthony did. The service and knowledge he provided for me was impressive.
