"Didn't buy but a good experience"
I don't like to make a trip to spend hours not to buy, so I get a lot of the leg work done digitally through email. They actually seemed to care and wanted to learn my business, though they have only talked to me through email. Unfortunately the price was too high, but I enjoyed working with the sales manager so it's definitely worth giving them a shot.

Purchased a used Jeep Cherokee and the experience was exceptional. I worked with Anthony Latino and he was wonderful to work with throughout the process. No wasted time or waiting around and there was no pressure and everything was clearly communicated. There were a couple of items I wanted addressed on the car before taking delivery and he not only agreed to everything without hesitation, he went above and beyond and performed work I wasn't expecting which far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Anthony and Herb Chambers to my closest family and friends.

"Nasty service experience "
Absolute GARBAGE service experience with the service manager Louie who states I will be on the “do not loan list” after having the loaner for NOT EVEN TWO days. He NEVER called to let me know my vehicle was ready. Where was my call?
WHERE? Am I psychic? Am I supposed to look into my crystal ball and see that my car is ready?!?!
I wouldn’t need a loaner if you fixed my car the first time but there seems to always be added issues every time I go back with my vehicle. Not to mention the loaner needed an oil change, had warning lights on and was given to me EXTREMELY filthy!!!!! I’ve spent a disgusting amount of money on this dealership and I’m glad to be switching to Mercedes, a REAL luxury dealership with exceptional customer service. Was looking into a q70l but will never be returning after spending thousands here for service and this nasty experience. How about you call me next time before I have to go into work so I can bring the car in. I have obligations too.
My friend josh has the q60 brand new and seems to be having the same issues as myself. Honestly, get it together! I’m leaving this dealership but at least for the other customer’s sake.
This was the LAST straw for me and this place.
