They both apologized and exhibited a sincere concern regarding my initial/extremely negative feedback. Both gentleman convinced me that nothing less than a positive customer experience is paramount. Herb committed to following up directly with Infiniti regarding the ordering mishap. Herb and Parnav committed to correcting the area's they were lax in. Herb and Parnav expressed their desire to develop and maintain a positive relationship. Both offered an extended maintenance program, that will basically cover my entire 36 month lease. I plan to meet with Parnav week of 6/7. I communicated to Parnav and Herb that I will return to the dealership when our 36 month expires. Today's follow-up from the GM and Owner are a testimony to Herb Chambers and staff commitment to a positive and long-lasting experience. Time will tell if the commitments are short lived or truly long lasting. More

My wife and I arrived at the dealership with 3 cars under consideration. The Infinity GX37, the Lexus 350 and the Cadillac CTS. Anthony Carlino met us that first day and took a great deal of time with us w consideration. The Infinity GX37, the Lexus 350 and the Cadillac CTS. Anthony Carlino met us that first day and took a great deal of time with us walking through the car and comparing it to the other cars we were considering. Although he was certainly trying to sell us the car, he didn't dismiss the competition out of hand and gave us his opinion on why the GX37 would be the best overall value. After driving the GX37 we left to test drive the Lexus and the CTS. We immediately took the CTS off the list and it came down to the G37 and the Lexus. After a week we returned to drive both cars again. Anthony was there waiting for us and kindly reviewed the features of the car again and patiently answered all of our questions and concerns, particularly as it related to the support in the passenger side seat as my wife has a serious back condition. Anthony looked into the possibility of having a lumbar support added but found it wasn't possible. But he didn't stop there, he recommended we look at a special lumbar support pillow available at Brookstone. He let us use his iPad to check it out line. Once we made the decision to go with the GX37 he walked us through the entire process, spending the majority of his afternoon with us. It was a real pleasure dealing with Anthony and we look forward to enjoying the car and an ongoing relationship with Herb Chambers Infiniti. More
